Welcome and thank you for your interest in FOGO Running. We are extremely excited to kick off our inaugural training season and are looking forward about the potential impact this program will have on your lives!
Being physically active and leading a healthy lifestyle is so important to our long-term well-being and functionality. But why not make it fun at the same time? FOGO Running is centered on the power of the "team" - individuals you meet who have similar training, levels of fitness, and goals. Together, we will help foster a supportive, encouraging environment that will help keep you on track when you feel like taking a morning off. You will make new friends, new training partners, and accomplish a major goal (running a half marathon) along the way. If you commit 15 weeks to this program, we are certain that you'll be amazed at how dramatically your life has changes for the better!
