Saturday Morning Runs FOGO Running is proud to annouce that the starting point for the 2009-10 program will be the Miami Dade College - Kendall Campus. On Saturday mornings, the various FOGO pace team will start there runs from Parking Lot 8 (see map below) and take place on routes in and around the campus and Kendall neighborhood. After each run, stretching, seminars and presentations will be held indoors in the Theodore R. Gibson Health Center. ** Note - MDC is only the host site, not an official partner, of the program. Additionally, a select few weekend runs will be held at locations throughout South Florida with potential run sites including Key Biscayne and Miami Beach. Details to be announced throughout the training program. We will aim to have our Saturday runs finish by 8:30am - meaning that the longer runs in December may start as early as 6am!! Weekday Runs
