FOGO Seminars
Each weekend, we will do our best to host seminars, presentations, and hands on clinics for our running participants. Potential clinics will include: core strengthening, flexibility training, yoga or pilates class, lower body strength training, hip stability, nutrition, and women's health. We intend for our seminar series to provide everyone with a well-rounded health & wellness experience!

2011 - Turkey Trot
The Thanksgiving Turkey Trot is a mid-season tune up run for the FOGO Team. We enjoyed a great day of sunshine and sharing the day with each other... I think the photos tell the story!

2011 - Reformer Pilates
During the 2011-12 FOGO Sports training, program participants were able to gain firsthand experience in doing an abbrievated session of reformer pilates to help expose our team members to new and different forms of exercise that can contribute to core strengthening, stretching, and our overall wellness.

2010 - Week #3
These photos help tell the story of what a typical 5-mile run is like for our FOGOs. Up early preparing in the dark, going through a series of gyrations we call a warm-up, the run, and finally our extra workouts afterwards just because we enjoy it so much!

2010 - FOGO Sports Introductory Day
The 2010-11 FOGO Sports Training Program kicked off on Saturday, October 9th at 7am at the Mary & Dave Alper JCC in Kendall. The 1st day was a huge success with more than 25 individuals enjoying food and goodies from Wholefoods, a 2-3 mile run in great weather, and a short talk afterwards. Thanks to everyone who participated!!
