Welcome and thank you for your interest in FOGO Sports. We are extremely excited to kick off our 2nd team training season on Saturday, October 9th and are looking forward about the potential impact this program will have on your lives!
Being physically active and leading a healthy lifestyle are so important to our long-term well-being and functionality. Why not make it fun at the same time? FOGO Sports is centered on the power of the "team" - individuals you meet who have similar training, levels of fitness, and goals. Together, we will help foster a supportive and encouraging environment that will help keep you on track when you feel like taking a morning off. You will make new friends, meet training partners, and accomplish a major goal (running a half marathon) along the way. If you commit 15 weeks to this program, we are certain that you'll be amazed at how dramatically your life will change for the better!
